Entitlement Issue Closure and Notice of Shortfall

Metalsearch Limited advises that the fully underwritten pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement issue pursuant to the Offer Document dated 6 June 2018, closed on 26 June 2018 ( Entitlement Issue or Offer ).

The Entitlement Issue offered, to eligible shareholders, one (1) new share for every two (2) shares held on the record date, at an issue price of $0.01 per new share.

Shares validly applied for under the Offer and the number of shortfall shares is summarised below:

Shortfall	65,428,521	$654,285.21

The 65,428,521 shortfall shares will be placed by the underwriter, Westar Capital Limited, pursuant to the terms of the underwriting agreement.
