NON-RENOUNCEABLE ENTITLEMENT ISSUE – ISSUE OF SHARES
Metalsearch Limited (“Company”) advises that it has completed the issue of 87,541,532 ordinary fully paid shares (“Shares”) pursuant to the non-renounceable entitlement issue offer dated 6 June 2018.
The issued capital of the Company following the issue is as follows:
