RELEASE FROM ESCROW

In accordance with listing rule 3.10A, Laconia Resources Limited wishes to advise that on 16 October 2011, the following securities will be released from escrow:

• 11,500,000 fully paid ordinary shares; and

• 5,500,000 unlisted options over ordinary shares.

In addition, on 18 October 2011, the following securities will be released from voluntary escrow:

• 11,700,000 fully paid ordinary shares.

We confirm there are no remaining escrowed securities.
