CLARIFICATION ON APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Zeotech Limited (ASX:ZEO, “Zeotech” or “the Company”) advises Class A, B, C, D, E and F Performance Rights tabled in Appendix A ‘Summary of the Material Terms and Conditions of Employment for Alister Morrison’[1] will lapse on the earliest to occur of:
-
a) subject to any automatic vesting in accordance with other terms, if the Vesting Condition has not been met;
-
b) ceasing employment with Zeotech; or
-
c) on 5:00PM AEST on the five-year anniversary of the commencement date of employment.
