Resignation of Director
Zeotech Limited (“the Company”) advises that Mr John Goody has resigned as a nonexecutive director of the Company.
Mr Goody joined the Board following the acquisition of the Abercorn Kaolin Project. The Board thanks him for his service to the Company since the acquisition and his oversight of the initial drilling program. The Board wishes John all the best in his future endeavours.
This announcement has been approved by the Board.
