Request to Convene General Meeting
Laconia Resources Limited (ASX Code: LCR) ( Laconia or the Company ) advises that on 20 March 2015 it received a notice pursuant to section 249D of the Corporations Act, to convene a general meeting to consider a number of resolutions which if passed, would alter the membership of the board.
The notice, received jointly from by Perizia Investments Pty Ltd, Overland Corner West Pty Ltd and Goldfire Enterprises Pty Ltd, proposes to move ordinary resolutions summarised as follows:

to appoint Gary Charles Castledine as a director;

to appoint Peter Nathan Owen Fox as a director;

to remove Ian Stuart as a director;
-
to remove Matthew Edward Edmondson as a director; and
-
that subject to the passing of 1 and 2, (inclusive) remove any other directors appointed between 20 March 2015 and the commencement of the general meeting to consider the above.
Once the Company has considered the notice, including its validity, further information will be provided to shareholders.
