Change to Board of Directors
Laconia Resources Limited (“Laconia” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Gary Castledine, Mr Peter Fox and Mr Neville Bassett as non-executive directors of the Company. Mr Castledine has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman.
Mr Matthew Howison, Mr Ian Stuart and Mr Matthew Edmondson have resigned as directors. The Board thanked the outgoing directors and wish them all the best in their future endeavours.
Mr Bassett has also been appointed as company secretary and Mr Edmondson has resigned as company secretary.
In accordance with the terms of issue, 3,400,000 performance rights issued to each of Messrs Howison, Stuart and Edmondson have been cancelled.
