Date of AGM and Closing Date for Director Nominations
Zeotech Limited ( the Company ) advises in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that the Company will hold its Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) on Thursday, 23 November 2023.
The closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is 12 October 2023. Any nominations, together with a consent to act, must be received in writing no later than 5.00pm (WST) on 12 October 2023 at the Company’s registered office, Level 27, Santos Place, 32 Turbot Street, Brisbane QLD 4000.
Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the AGM in a sperate Notice of Meeting. The Notice of Meeting will also be available on the ASX Company Announcements Platform and the Company’s website at www.zeotech.com.au.
