Important events to be reported: Changes within the Board of Directors of the Company
The Company would like to inform its shareholders and investors regarding the termination of the mandates of Mr. Nicholas Robert Haggar, following his resignation as Member and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company starting August 19 th, 2021.
In this regard, on August 18th, 2021 the Board of Directors of the Company acknowledged the aforementioned resignation and appointed Mr. Kevin Joseph Clifford as provisional director.
The mandate of Mr. Kevin Joseph Clifford as provisional director will be effective as of August 19th , 2021.
Furthermore, under the same resolution, the Board of Directors appointed Mrs. Simona Cocoș as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company starting with August 19th, 2021.
