2. a. Unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company, for the quarter ending March 31, 2021 and to take on record Limited Review Report thereon;

3. b. Audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company, for the financial year ending March 31, 2021 and to take on record Auditor’s Report thereon.

4. Proposal for payment of Final Dividend, for the financial year 2020-21.

Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, and underlying Code of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed from April 1, 2021 and will open 48 hours post the announcement of Outcome of the Board Meeting, unless communicated otherwise.
