Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, and the underlying Code of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company, shall be accordingly closed with effect from October 1, 2021 till further intimation.
