This is in continuation of communication dated December 1, 2023, about proposed merger of Foolproof Singapore Pte Ltd, Singapore (Step down Subsidiary) with Zensar Technologies (Singapore) Pte Ltd, Singapore (Wholly owned Subsidiary). The scheme of merger was filed with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), Singapore for approval. ACRA vide its order dated April 2, 2024, has approved the aforesaid merger.

Accordingly, Foolproof Singapore Pte Ltd, Singapore has merged into Zensar Technologies (Singapore) Pte Ltd, Singapore and ceases to exist as a separate legal entity from the effective date viz., April 1, 2024.
