• Acquisition of 100% membership interests in M3bi LLC, USA, by Zensar Technologies Inc. (wholly owned subsidiary of the Company); and

• Acquisition of 100% equity share capital of M3bi India Private Limited by the Company.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and all other applicable provisions, this is to inform you that acquisition of M3Bi India Private Limited has been completed on July 8, 2021.

The closing conditions for acquisition of 100% membership interests in M3bi LLC, USA, by Zensar Technologies Inc. are underway and completion of acquisition will be intimated by the Company, separately.
