Three Month Extension to Amati Global Investors Limited's 'Right to Subscribe'
Zenova Group PLC (AIM: ZED), a provider of innovative fire safety and heat management technology and products, advises that it has mutually agreed with Amati Global Investors Limited ("Amati") to extend Amati's right to subscribe for additional shares in the Company by three months.
Under the existing right, which was granted at the time of the Company's AIM IPO, Amati could subscribe for an additional 6,578,947 Ordinary Shares in the Company at the Placing Price of 19 pence per share within nine months of the Company's Admission to AIM. This right would have expired on 22 April 2022, but the three-month extension means it now expires on 22 July 2022.
Amati currently holds 3,947,368 shares in the Company, representing 4.23% of the Company's AIM Securities in issue.

Thermal insulation render to enhance the effectiveness of insulation by creating a thermo shield. It fills all cavities and gaps regardless of geometric shape and creates a vacuum - the most effective insulator.
Patent pending next generation ceiling sprinkler filled with proprietary Zenova Fluid (Zenova FXB) that removes the need to install large fluid tanks, piping, complicated equipment, and software. This sprinkler could be installed in the kitchen.
