AGM Proxy Forms and Entitlement Offer Closing Dates

Zenith Minerals Limited (ASX:ZNC or the Company) wishes to remind shareholders of the deadline for lodgement of proxy forms to vote on resolutions at the Company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and of the closing date for the Non-Renounceable Entitlement Offer as announced to ASX on 28 October 2019:

1. Proxy forms for voting on Resolutions at the Company’s AGM to be held on Wednesday 20[th] November must be received by the Company’s share registry by 11am WST Monday 18[th] November 2019 in order to be counted, and

2. Applications under the Non-Renounceable Entitlement Offer must be received by 5pm AEDT Tuesday 19th November 2019, and this date will not be extended.
