In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 6.24, Zenith Minerals Limited (ASX: ZNC) has dispatched letters to ZNCO option holders. These options exercisable at $0.10 expire at 5:00pm (WST) on 31[st] December 2017.

The last day of quotation of ZNCO options on the ASX will be the 20[th] December 2017.

Dear Option Holder

The Company’s records indicates that you are the holder of xxx options to subscribe for xxx fully paid ordinary shares in the Company (ASX:ZNCO). These options expire at 5:00pm (WST) on 31[st] December 2017.

In accordance with the ASX listing rules, the following information is provided in respect of these options:

1. The exercise of the options is entirely at your discretion – you are under no obligation to exercise your options.

2. The exercise price of your options is $0.10 each and your option holding may be exercise in whole or in part by payment of $0.10 for each option by no later than 31[st] December 2017.

3. If payment is not received by 5:00pm (WST) on the 31[st] December 2017, the options will lapse and you will lose all your rights as an option holder.

4. The last day of quotation of ZNCO options on the ASX will be the 20[th] December 2017. 5. The last available market price for the ZNC ordinary shares is $0.15 on 4[[th]] being the last trading day prior to the date of this notice.

6. During the three (3) months preceding the date of this notice the highest market price of ZNC ordinary shares on ASX was $0.165 on the 10[th] and 13[th] November 2017, whilst the lowest market price of ZNC ordinary shares on ASX was $0.10 on the 7[th, ] 11[th] and 25[th] of September 2017.

If you wish to exercise your ZNCO options you must complete an “Option Exercise Notice” form and forward it together with payment of $0.10 per option in accordance with the instructions on the form. Your completed form and payment (in clear funds) must be received no later than 5:00pm (WST) on 31[st] December 2017.

An Option Exercise form is enclosed for any option holder who may have misplaced their original form.
