Ref: Audited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter and Year Ended on March'2021

In terms of Regulation $29(1)(a)$ of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, June 30, 2021, through Video Conferencing, inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended March 31,2021 after the same are reviewed by Audit Committee.

Further, please note that pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibitions of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Company for all the Directors, KMPs, Designated Employees and Connected Persons covered under the Code, which was closed from April 01, 2021 will continue to remain closed till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31,2021.
