Zenith Energy Ltd. ("Zenith" or the "Company") (LSE: ZEN; OSE: ZENA; PINK MARKET: ZENAF), the listed international energy production and development company, is pleased to announce that it will host two Nordic Investor Meetings during the month of February 2025 (the “Investor Meetings”).

The Investor Meetings will enable attendees to engage directly with the senior management of the Company and discuss the future of the business.

Solely information already in the public domain, previously communicated by regulatory new channels, will be discussed.

Oslo Investor Meeting

• Date: 5 February 2025

• Time: 10:00–14:00 (CET, Central European Time)

• Venue: Oslo Grand Hotel, Karl Johans Gate 31, 0159 Oslo

• Attendance Limit: Maximum of 50 participants.

• Confirmation: All registered participants will receive a confirmation email 48 hours before the event.

Stockholm Investor Meeting

• Date: 6 February 2025

• Time: 15:00–19:00 (CET, Central European Time)

• Venue: Bank Hotel, Arsenalsgatan 6, 111 47 Stockholm, Sweden

• Attendance Limit: Maximum of 50 participants.
