Rescheduling of Investor Call to September 28, 2022

Zenith Energy Ltd. (LSE: ZEN; OSE: ZENA), the energy company with proven revenue generating production, exploration and development assets in Africa and Europe, provides the following update with regards to the forthcoming investor and analyst conference call (the "Investor Call"):

The Investor Call will now be held on September 28, 2022, at 09:00 AM BST/10:00 AM CEST via teleconference.

The Investor Call will commence with the management team providing an update on the Company's recent activities and running through an updated corporate presentation (to be made available for download on the morning of September 28, 2022, at www.zenithenergy.ca) and will conclude with the answering of questions submitted prior to the Investor Call.
