Investor Meeting – August 20, 2020

Zenith Energy Ltd. ("Zenith" or the "Company") (LSE: ZEN; OSE: ZENA-ME), the listed international oil & gas production company, is pleased to announce that, in view of the improving situation with regards to the COVID-19 pandemic in Norway, management is evaluating whether to change the previously announced Norwegian investor and analyst conference call scheduled for August 20, 2020 at 10:00 AM CEST to a face-to-face shareholder meeting in Oslo on the same date.

In order to better assess the degree of interest for the presently contemplated shareholder meeting in Oslo on August 20, 2020, the Company invites shareholders and analysts wishing to participate to e-mail norway@zenithenergy.ca in order to register their interest and, at the same time, express their preference for one of the two options.

Further information regarding which format of Norwegian shareholder engagement is chosen will be made on August 10, 2020 once responses are collected.
