("Zenith" or the "Company") (LSE:ZEN; OSE:ZENA-ME), the listed international oil & gas production company focused on pursuing African development opportunities, has made considerable progress towards producing its audited annual report and accounts for the year to 31 March 2020 with its independent auditor, PKF LittleJohn.

The Company wishes to update the market that these matters are now expected to be concluded during the course of the current working week.
