Filing of audited annual financial results

Zenith Energy Ltd. ("Zenith" or the "Company") (LSE: ZEN; OSE: ZENA-ME), the listed international oil & gas production company focused on pursuing African development opportunities, is pleased to announce the publication of its audited financial results (the “Financial Results”) for the financial year ended March 31, 2020.

In accordance with Canadian securities laws, the Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2020 have been filed on SEDAR (www.sedar.com).

Following the publication of the Financial Results, the Company will now make application to Oslo Børs for the suspension of trading of the Company’s common shares on the Merkur Market to be lifted.
