Investor Conference Call and New Company Website

Zenith Energy Ltd. ("Zenith" or the "Company") (LSE: ZEN; TSX.V: ZEE), the dual listed international oil & gas production company operating the largest onshore oilfield in Azerbaijan, is pleased to announce that the Company will be holding a conference call to update shareholders and analysts on the Company's development and future strategy at 17:00 British Summer Time (BST) on September 27, 2017.  

Chief Executive Officer, Andrea Cattaneo, will give a short presentation followed by a question and answer session. Registration is required to participate in the conference call. The registration link can be found at www.zenithenergy.ca on the 'Key Dates & Events' web page in the 'Investors' section to obtain dial-in numbers.

Participants are invited to submit questions by 17:00 BST on September 26, 2017 via the 'Investor Questions' form included in the 'Investor Conference Call' entry in the 'Key Dates & Events' web page.  

A recording of the call will be made available on the Company website at www.zenithenergy.ca.
