Donation of medical equipment to combat COVID-19 pandemic in Tunisia

Zenith Energy Ltd. ("Zenith" or the "Company") (LSE: ZEN; OSE: ZENA), the listed international oil & gas production company focused on pursuing African development opportunities, is pleased to announce that is has donated 4 (four) Swiss-manufactured ventilators, for a total value of 160,000 Tunisian Dinars (approx. US\$58,000), to hospitals located in the town of Zarzis in Tunisia.

The Company attaches great importance to its corporate social responsibility towards local communities in Tunisia, where it performs oil and gas production activities via its subsidiaries: Ecumed Petroleum Zarzis and Ecumed Petroleum Tunisia.

Zenith Energy has sought to assist in a meaningful way towards the nationwide effort to combat the COVID-19 pandemic and, in so doing, demonstrate its qualities as a responsible and reliable partner to Tunisia and its people.

Our arrival in Tunisia has been very well received by the local authorities, as well as the domestic oil industry, and it is therefore incumbent upon us to reciprocate this confidence by assisting the local health departments in the vicinity of our Tunisian operations as much as possible in this current time of grave difficulty."
