Total Voting Rights
Zenith Energy Ltd. (LSE: ZEN; OSE: ZENA), announces that, as of today's date, the Company's issued share capital admitted to the standard segment of the FCA Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange comprises 201,437,074 common shares of no par value ("Common Shares"), each with one voting right per share.
The Company does not hold any shares in treasury and therefore the total number of Common Shares with voting rights in the Company that are admitted to the standard segment of the FCA Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange is 201,437,074.
The above figure of 201,437,074 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
The Company is admitted to trading on both the London Stock Exchange Main Market (LSE: ZEN) and the Euronext Growth of the Oslo Stock Exchange (OSE: ZENA). The number of Common Shares admitted to trading on the Euronext Growth of the Oslo Stock Exchange is 271,545,401 and comprises the total number of the Common Shares in issue.
The Company will admit the remaining Common Shares not yet admitted to the standard segment of the FCA Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange within 12 months of their issuance.
