Notes: (1) The above consolidated financial results have been prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards as prescribed under section 133 of the Companies Act 2013 read with Rule 3 of the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015 as amended from time to time. (2) The above financial results which have been subjected to review by the Auditors of the Company, were reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and subsequently approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on January 30, 2021 in terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015. The Statutory Auditors have expressed an unqualified audit opinion. (3) The Group's business activity falls within a single operating business segment of engineering products. (4) Manufacturing facilities of the Group which were shut down in the last week of March 2020 due to country-wide lockdown, resumed operations gradually with requisite precautions. The Group has considered the possible effects that may result from COVID-19 in preparation of these consolidated financial results including recoverability of its assets comprising Property, Plant and Equipment, Intangible Assets, Trade Receivables, inventory and other assets. In developing the assumptions relating to future uncertainties in the economic conditions due to COVID-19, the Group has considered internal and external information up to the date of approval of these consolidated financial results including economic forecasts and expects that the carrying amount of these assets are recoverable. The impact of the global health pandemic may be different from that estimated as at the date of approval of these consolidated financial results. (5) The Parliament of India has approved the Code on Social Security, 2020 (the Code) which may impact the contributions by the Group towards provident fund, gratuity and ESIC. The Code has been published in the Gazette of India. However, the effective date has not yet been notified. The Group will assess the impact of the Code when it comes into effect and will record related impact, if any, in the period the Code becomes effective. (6) The Company has decided to exercise the option permitted under section 115BAA of the Income-tax Act, 1961 as introduced by the Taxation Laws (Amendment) Ordinance, 2019 which was subsequently converted into an Act. Accordingly. The Company has recognised provision for income taxes based on the rate prescribed in the aforesaid section. Further, management reviewed current tax and the components of deferred tax assets/ liabilities leading to a reassessment of its estimates compared to earlier periods. Such re-measurement and change in rate of tax resulted in one-time tax credit of Rs. 443.03 Lakhs. (7) During the quarter, the Company has issued 10.741 equity shares (quarter ended September 2020: 8.741 equity shares) under the Employees Stock Option Scheme. (8) As the consolidation is applicable from the last quarter of previous financial year, disclosure of figures for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2019 is not applicable. Uniformity in applicability of Net Asset Value (NAV) across various schemes upon realization of funds
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/IMD/DF2/CIR/P/2020/175 dated September 17, 2020 and SEBI Circular no. NOTICE is hereby given that the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Members of DCW Limited ("the Company") will be held on Thursday, February 18, 2021 at 12:00 noon (IST) through Video Conferencing ("VC")/Other Audio Visual Means ("OAVM") facility to transact the businesses as set out in the Notice of the EGM which is being sent for convening the EGM of the Company.
In view of the COVID-19 pandemic and the need to ensure social distancing, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs ("MCA") of the Government of India, has allowed conducting of Extraordinary General Meetings through VC or OAVM without the physical presence of Members at a common venue. Accordingly, MCA has issued Circular No. 14/2020 dated April 8, 2020, Circular No. 17/2020 dated April 13, 2020 and Circular No. 20/2020 dated May 5, 2020 and Circular No. 39/2020 dated December 31, 2020 ("MCA Circulars"), prescribing the procedures and manner of conducting the Extraordinary General Meeting through VC/OAVM. Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI") also vide its Circular dated May 12, 2020 and Circular dated January 15, 2021 (" SEBI Circular"), permitted holding of Extraordinary General Meetings through VC/OAVM, without the physical presence of members at a common venue. Hence, the EGM of the Company is being held through VC.
In compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, the MCA Circulars and the SEBI Circular, the EGM of the Members of the Company is being held through VC/OAVM. Members will be able to attend and participate at the EGM through VC/OAVM at https://www.evoting.nsdl.com/. The facility for appointment of proxies by the Members will not be available since this EGM is being held through VC/OAVM. Members attending the EGM through VC/OAVM shall be counted for the purpose of reckoning of quorum under Section 103 of the Companies Act, 2013.
The Members may note that the Share Transfer Book of the Company shall remain closed for the purpose of the EGM from Friday, February 12, 2021 to Thursday, February 18, 2021, both days inclusive.
Notice of EGM
In compliance with the MCA Circulars and the SEBI Circular, Members may note that the Notice convening the EGM has been sent on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 only through e-mail to all those Members whose name appear in the Register of Members or List of Beneficial Owners as on August 15, 2021 and whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company or with their respective Depository Participant(s). The Notice of the EGM is also made available on the Company's website at www.dcwltd.com on the websites of !he Stock Exchanges where the equity shares of the Company are listed i.e. BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited at www.bseindia.com and www.nseindia.com respectively, and on the website of National Securities Depository Limited ("NSDL") at https://www.evoting.nsdl.com. The dispatch of Notice of EGM through emails has been completed on January 27, 2021.
Instructions for Remote e-voting and e-voting during the EGM:
- Pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company is pleased to provide the facility to its Members to exercise their right to vote by electronic means ("Remote e-voting") on resolutions proposed to be transacted at the EGM. Members holding shares either in dematerialised or physical form as on February 11, 2021 ("Cut-off date") and whose names appear in the Register of Members maintained by Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. or List of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories as on the Cut-off date are entitled to cast their votes through Remote e-voting facility provided by NSDL at https://www.evoting.nsdl.com/. The Members are hereby informed that the businesses as set out in the Notice of EGM shall be transacted through electronic means only
- Voting rights shall be in proportion to the Equity Shares held by Members as on the Cut-off date i.e. February 11, 2021
- The Remote e-voting period shall commence on Monday, February 15, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. (IST) and shall end on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. (IST). The Remote e-voting module shall be disabled for voting by NSDL thereafter. Once votes have been cast on a resolution by the Members, the same cannot be modified subsequently
- Members who acquire shares of the Company after dispatch of Notice of the EGM through electronic means but before the Cut-off date may obtain User ID and password from NSDL by writing an e-mail at '[email protected]' with a copy to the Company at [email protected]. However, if the person is already registered with NSDL for Remote e-voting, then the existing User ID and password may be used to cast votes on the resolutions set out in the Notice of EGM Members attending the EGM who have not cast their votes through Remote e-voting shall be eligible to cast their votes through e-voting during the EGM. Members who have cast their votes through Remote e-voting shall be eligible to attend the EGM but shall not be entitled to vote through e-voting at the meeting. A member can opt for only single mode of voting i.e. through Remote e-voting or voting at the EGM.
i.e. available for utilization before the cut-off time of the next Business Day - the closing NAV of the next Business Day shall be applicable. 3. Irrespective of the time of receipt of application at the official points of acceptance, where funds for the entire amount of subscription / purchase (including switch-in) are credited to the bank account of the Scheme before the cut-off time on any subsequent Business Day i.e. available for utilization before the cut-off time on any
subsequent Business Day - the closing NAV of such subsequent Business Day shall be applicable.
- In case of switch transactions from one scheme to another scheme, units allotment in switch-in scheme shall be in line with the redemption payouts.
The aforesaid provisions shall also apply to systematic transactions including Systematic Investment Plan (SIP), Systematic Transfer Plan (STP), Dividend Transfer Plan (DTP) etc. irrespective of the installment date or dividend record date.
All other terms and conditions of the Schemes remain unchanged. This addendum shall form an integral part of the Scheme Information Documents (SIDs) / Key Information Memorandums (KIMs) of the Schemes of SBI Mutual Fund as amended from time to time.

హైదరాబాద్ మహానగరాన్ని వరదలు ముంచెత్తడంతో తీ్నంగా |పజలు నష్ణపోయారు. కరోనాతో అతలాకుతలమైన నగరాన్ని అకాల వర్వాలు కోలుకోలేని దెబ్బతీశాయి. భారీ వర్వాలతో చెరువులు, కుంటలు తెగిపోయాయి. మూసీ ఉధృతంగా పారడంతో నగరంలోని సుమారు 10 లక్షల మంది నిరా(శయులయ్యారు. 33 మంది మృతిచెందారు. రూ.724 కోట్ల ఆస్తినష్టం జరిగినట్టు (పభుత్వం (పకటించింది. సుమారు లక్ష ఇండ్లకుపైగా పాక్షికంగా దెబ్బతిన్నాయని అధికారులు (పాథమికంగా అంచనా వేసినట్లు తెలిసింది. మరో 20వేల ఇండ్లకుపైగా పూర్తిగా
దెబ్బతిన్నట్టు అధికారులు లెక్కలేశారు. తకణ వరద సాయంగా రూ.10వేలతోపాటు ఇండు పాక్షికంగా దెబ్బతింటే రూ.50వేలు, పూర్తిగా దెబ్బతింటే రూ.1లక్ష (పభుత్వం ఇస్తోందని స్వయాన సీఎం కేసీఆర్ (పకటించారు. కాని (పభుత్వం రూ. $10$ వేలిచ్చి చేతులు దులుపుకుంది. మూడు నెలలైనా దెబ్బతిన్న ఇండ్లకు సాయం అందకపోవడంతో బాధితులు ఆందోళన వ్యక్తం చేస్తున్నారు.
జీహెచ్ఎంసీతోపాటు శివారు(పాంతాల్లోని మున్నిపల్ కార్చొరేషను, మున్నిపాలిటీల్లో సుమారు మూడువేలకుపెగా నీటమునిగాయి. జీహెచ్ఎంసీ పరిధిలో 1,572 (పాంతాల్లోని $230$ కాలనీలు, బస్తీలు, $40$ వేల ఇండ్లు పూర్తిగా మునిగాయని అధికారులు చెబుతున్నారు. 10 లక్షల మంది నిరాశ్రయులయ్యారని అంచనా వేశారు. ఎల్బీనగర్, అంబర్పేట్, ఉప్పల్, మలక్ పేట్, చాం(దాయన్గుట్ట, చార్మినార్, బహదూర్పుర, రాజేందననగర్, కుత్భుల్హాపూర్, ఖైరతాబాద్, సికిందాబాద్, ముషీరాబాద్, మేహేశ్వరం నియోజకవర్గాలతోపాటు
బోడుప్పల్, పీర్తాదీగుడ, బడంగ్ పేట్, మీర్ పేట్. తుర్కయంజాల్, పెద్ద అంబర్పేట్, జల్పల్లి మున్నిపాలిటీల్లోనూ ఇండు ఖాళీ చేసివెళ్లారు. $7,23,416$ మందికి రూ. $10$ వేల సాయం రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఇప్పటివరకు 7.23 లక్షల
మందికి వరద సాయం కింద రూ. $10$ వేల చొప్పున అందించింది. వరద న్రభావిత (పాంతాల్లో ఇంటింటి లెక్కల ఆధారంగా అక్టోబర్ $20$ నుంచి నవంబర్ 1వ తేదీ వరకు రూ. $4.86$ లక్షల కుటుంబాలకు రూ.486 కోట ఆరిక $\pi$ యం అందించింది. తర్వాత 2.86 లక్షల కుటుంబాలు మీ–సేవా కేందాల్లో దరఖాసులు చేసుకున్నారు. వీటిలో $1.78$ లక్షల కుటుంబాలను ధవీకరించుకుని రూ.178 కోటు లబ్దిదారుల బ్యాంకు ఖాతాల్తో జమ చేసింది. ఎన్నికల తర్వాత డిసెంబర్ 7 నుంచి వరదసాయం అందిస్తామని సీఎం (పకటించిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. అనంతరం 59,416 మందికి వరద సాయంగా రూ.59.41 కోట్లు
ఇచ్చారు. ఇలా మొత్తం 7,23,416 మందికి రూ. $723.415$ ీట్లు సాయంగా బాధితులకు అందజేశారు.

్ ఛాదరాబాద్తో పాటు (గేటర్ శివారుబపాంతాల్లో సుమారు రూ.724కోట్ల నష్టం వాటిల్టినట్లు జీహెచ్ఎంసీ, రాష్ట్ర (పభుత్వం $\sigma$ ြစ်ဆိုသေးဝေက မဝဆေက ဆီအာဿ. 146.78 కిలోమీటర మేర బీటీ రోడు, 376.58 కిలోమీటర్ల సీసీరోడ్లు దెబ్బతిన్నాయి. బీటీ, సీసీ $6^{\circ}$ డ్లను మరమత్తులు చేయడానికి రూ. $522$ కోట్లు అవుతుందని అధికారులు అంచనా వేశారు. అంటే కిలోమీటర్కు కోటిరూపాయల చొప్పున లెక్కలేశారు. దెబ్బతిన్న వరదనీటి కాలువలు (డ్రెయినేజీ), నాలాల నష్టం

వరదల కారణంగా దెబ్బతిన్న ఇండ్లకు సర్కార్ వుకటించిన సాయాన్ని మరిచింది. మూడు నెలలు గడుస్తున్నా పాక్షికంగా దెబ్బతిన్న ఇండ్లకు రూ.50వేలు, పూర్తిగా దెబ్బతిన్న ఇండ్లకు రూ.1లక్ష ఇస్తామని చెప్పినా ఇంతవరకు ఆ ఊసేలేదు. పెగా కనీసం సదరు ఇండ్లను గుర్తించడానికి ఎలాంటి మొదలుకాలేదు. జీహెచ్ఎంసీ ముందు హడావుడి చేసిన |ప జీహెచ్ఎంసీ ఆ మాటెత్తడం లేదని విమర్శిస్తున్నారు. ఫైగా రూ.10వేల కూడా అరులైనవారికి అందలేదనే వి లేకపోలేదు. ఇతర రాౖష్టాలకు చెందిన వ్యక్తులు వరదల్లో మృతి చెందగా, కుటుంబాలకు ఇప్పటివరకు ఎలాంటి సాయం అందలేదు.

వరద సాయంలోనూ సర్కార్ వివక్ష చూపింది. జీహెచ్ఎంసీ పరిధిలో మృతి చెందినవారికి సాయం అందించిన సమత్రం ఇతర రా[ష్టాలకు చెందిన ముగ్గురు వ్యక్తుల కుటుంబాలకు నయాపైసా ఇవ్వలేదు. ఆ కుటుంబాలు స్టభుత్వ కార్యాలయాల చుటూ తిరిగి ఆలిసిపోయారు. రూ.10వేల సాయం కూడా అర్హులైనవారికి అందలేదు.

సర్వే నెంబర్ 246/41లో రెండెకరాల భూమి పోచయ్వ)కు ఉన్నది. ఆ భూమికి సంబంధించి కొత్త పాసుబుక్ కూడా ఉంది. అయితే పక్క (గామమైన రాళ్ల కత్వకు చెందిన (శీనుకు అదే సర్వే నెంబర్లో భూమి ఉండటంతో బాధితుడ్ని తన భూమిలోకి
వెళ్లకుండా అడ్డుపడుతున్నాడు. ఈ విషయమై ఇప్పటికే పలుమార్లు జిన్నారం తహసీల్దార్ దృష్టికి తీసుకెళ్లినా ఫలితం లేకుండా పోయిందని బాధితుడు ఆవేదన వ్యక్తం చేశాడు. శనివారం సంగారెడ్డి జెడ్బీ సమావేశానికి మంత్రులు, అధికారులు, (పజా(పతినిధులు హాజరవుతారని తెలుసుకుని సమస్య పరిష్కారానికి భార్యతో కలిసి పె్టిల్ బాటిల్ పట్టుకుని సత్యనారాయణ వచ్చాడు. సమస్య పరిష్కారం కాని యెడల ఆత్మహత్య చేసుకోవడానికే ఆ బాటిల్ తీసుకువచ్చినట్లు బాధితుడు తెలిపాడు. కాగా, పె్టలోల్ బాటిల్ను గమనించిన పోలీసులు బాధితున్ని సముదాయించి మంత్రిని కలిసే ఏర్పాటు చేస్తామని హామీ ఇచ్చారు. దాంతో సత్యనారాయణ ఇంటికి తిరిగి వెళ్లాడు.
