Further to our intimation dated February 14, 2025 and pursuant to Regulation 30(7) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the Company has completed the investment and acquired 45.33% of the total paid up share capital of the Bhairav Robotics Private Limited (“Bhairav”).

In addition, Bhairav has become an Associate Company of Zen Technologies Limited.

The requisite disclosures in terms of paragraph A(1) of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Securities and Exchange Board of India Master Circular dated November 11, 2024 bearing reference number SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 have already been provided in the letter dated February 14, 2025.
