Pursuant to resolution by circulation dated 1st February 2021, the Board of Directors of the Company, inter-alia, considered and approved the appointment of Mr Arnreek Singh Sandhu (DIN: 08064880) as Additional Director (Independent) of the Company with effect from 3rct February, 2021. He shall hold office upto the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company and further continuance subject to the shareholders' approval by way of Special Resolution.

He was appointed as Independent director for a period of 3 years with effect from 3rd February 2018 upto 211^dFebruary 2021. Upon completion of the period, the Board of Directors of the Company appointed him as Additional Director with effect from 3rd February, 2021

In this regard, we hereby affirm that Mr Arnreek Singh Sandhu is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority. He is also not related to any other Director(s) of the company.
