1. Bendrovės stebėtojų tarybos narių išrinkimas/Election of the Members of the Supervisory Board

Naujai 4 metų kadencijai siūlomos šios kandidatūros (renkami 3 stebėtojų tarybos nariai)/The proposed candidates for the new four-year term (three Members of the Supervisory Board shall be elected):

Romusas Jarulaitis, ilgamėtis AB „Žemaitijos pienas“ darbuotojas, šiuo metu bendrovėje einas rinkos vadovo pareigas, yra įgijęs aukštąjį išsilavinimą Kauno politechnikos institute/ a long-term employee of AB “Žemaitijos pienas”, currently holds the position of the Market Manager in the company, has acquired higher education at Kaunas Polytechnic Institute.

Gražina Norkevičienė, ilgamėtė UAB „Nepriklausoma tyrimų laboratorija“ vadovė, šiuo metu nedirba, yra įgijusi aukštąjį išsilavinimą Kauno politechnikos institute, pieno ir pieno produktų technologės-inžinierės specialybė / a long-term manager of UAB “Nepriklausoma tyrimų laboratorija”, currently is not employed, has acquired higher education at Kaunas Polytechnic Institute, the qualification of technologist-engineer of dairy and dairy products.

Virginija Vaitkuvienė, Kauno politechnikos institute įgijo pieno produktų inžinieriaus-technologo specialybę, teikia konsultavimo paslaugas individualios veiklos pagrindu/ has acquired the qualification of technologist-engineer of dairy and dairy products at Kaunas Polytechnic Institute, provides consultancy services as an individual entrepreneur.

Aristydas Kulvinskas, AB „Žemaitijos pienas“ stebėtojų tarybos narys, Lietuvos žemės ūkio akademijoje yra įgijęs inžinieriaus – hidrotechniko specialybę/ the Member of the Supervisory Board of AB “Žemaitijos pienas”, has acquired the qualification of hydrotechnical engineer at the Lithuanian Academy of Agriculture.

Hugo Ader, AB „Žemaitijos pienas“ stebėtojų tarybos narys, yra įgijęs dramos režisieriaus specialybę Leningrado muzikos ir kinematografijos institute/ the Member of the Supervisory Board of AB “Žemaitijos pienas”, has acquired the qualification of drama director at the Leningrad Institute of Music and Cinematography.
