Sub: Intimation under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 – Capacity Expansion and Commencement of New Manufacturing Plant.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that Zelio E-Mobility Limited has increased its overall installed production capacity and commenced operations at its new facility as of today, February 23, 2026 , at 4:30 P.M.

The details of the capacity enhancement and new facility are as follows:

1. Overall Capacity Enhancement

The Company’s total installed production capacity for electric vehicles has increased from 72,000 units per annum to 1,80,000 units per annum .

2. Break-up of Capacity Increase

• Existing Facility (Ladwa, Hisar, Haryana):

The installed capacity at the existing manufacturing facility has been enhanced from 72,000 units per annum to 1,20,000 units per annum.

This enhancement has been achieved through process-level optimisation, including installation of an extended conveyor belt and additional machinery, with minimal incremental capital expenditure.

• New Manufacturing Facility (Odisha): The Company has successfully commissioned its new manufacturing plant in Odisha, contributing an incremental capacity of 60,000 units per annum .

The expansion is aligned with the Company’s strategic objective to strengthen its manufacturing footprint, enhance supply chain efficiencies, and cater to the growing demand for sustainable mobility solutions across India.

The enhanced capacity and commissioning of the Odisha facility are expected to contribute positively to the Company’s operational performance.
