Half-year 26 Interim Financial Report

The Company publishes today:

-      Zegona's Interim Financial Report for the period ending 30 September 2025[2].  This Interim Financial Report includes six months' results for Zegona and Vodafone Spain.  The Interim Financial Report can be found on Zegona's website at https://www.zegona.com/investor-relations/results-and-presentations/rp-2026.aspx and satisfies Zegona's external debt reporting obligations[3] and is also available at www.zegona.com/investor-relations/debt-investors; and
