Zegona declares December 2018 dividend

Zegona is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has declared an interim dividend of 2.8 pence per share, equivalent to £3,534,145.

The payment of the dividend to eligible holders of shares is expected to be effected through CREST or by BACS/cheque (in the case of shares held in certificated form) paid on 28 December 2018.

Expected timetable for the December dividend:
Ex-dividend date	6 December 2018
Record date	7 December 2018
Payment of the dividend	28 December 2018
