Regulatory Approval of Telecable Sale

Further to the announcement made by Zegona on 16 May 2017, on 3 July 2017, Euskaltel, S.A. ("Euskaltel") informed Zegona that the Spanish Antitrust Authority had approved the acquisition by Euskaltel of exclusive control over Telecable de Asturias, S.A.U.  This approval is the next important milestone towards completion of the transaction following the approval of the transaction at Euskaltel's General Shareholders Meeting on 26 June 2017.

A further announcement will be made in due course upon completion of the transaction.
