EUSKALTEL ANNOUNCES SEARCH FOR NEW CHAIRMAN

Zegona notes that on 2nd October 2019, Eusakaltel SA issued a relevant fact announcing that its Executive Chairman, Alberto Garcia Erauzkin has informed the board of directors that he will not stand for re-election in 2020 due to personal reasons.

The board has initiated a process to find a replacement and the company anticipates the new Chairman will not have executive powers.
