In reference to our intimation dated April 3, 2025, we would like to inform you that the Company has received an email today i.e April 9, 2025, from Assets Care & Reconstruction Enterprise Limited (ACRE) (acting in its capacity as Trustee of the ACRE-162- Trust) confirming the assignment of outstanding debt facilities of Digital Ventures Private Limited (DVPL) (an wholly owned subsidiary) from Axis Bank Limited (Axis) to ACRE, pursuant to an assignment agreement executed between Axis and ACRE on March 28, 2025.
