Sub: Intimation of the Meeting of Board of Directors of Zee Learn Limited

Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Regulations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of Zee Learn Limited (‘’the Company”) is scheduled to be held on Friday, December 18, 2020 to inter alia , consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2020.

Further to inform you that as per Company’s Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the equity shares of the Company, was closed since October 01, 2020 for the purpose of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2020. Please note that the ‘Trading Window’ of the Company shall remain closed up to 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020.
