Tipp24 AG has been informed by Earlybird Venture Capital GmbH & Co. KG
about the fact that two of its associated investment companies have sold
their holdings in Tipp24 AG of combined just under 13% to a third party
investor for a purchase price higher than the current share price.
Furthermore, several significant shareholders have informed Tipp24 AG about
the fact that a third party investor has expressed its interest in
acquiring their shares of Tipp24 AG also for a purchase price higher than
the current share price.

Tipp24 AG succeeded in raising billings – mainly remitted stakes – by 17.1
percent to EUR 218.2 (186.4) million in the first nine months of the year.
Revenues grew by 17.0 percent to EUR 28.5 (24.3) million. Earnings before
interest and taxes (EBIT) were increased by 2.4 percent to EUR 5.2 (5.1)
million. Hereby Tipp24 posts its best-ever quarterly EBIT result of EUR 2.9
million.

Tipp24 has confirmed its business forecast for the fiscal year 2007: the
Company plans to stabilize its market share in the dynamic online lottery
market and expects further growth in billings and revenues by just under 20
percent and an EBIT result slightly higher that that of the previous year
of EUR 7.2 million – assuming its activities in Germany remain legally
permissible.
