ZEAL raises guidance

(Hamburg, 18 September 2025) Due to an improved lottery gross margin and the positive development of the social lottery “Traumhausverlosung”, ZEAL Network SE expects revenue and EBITDA for the financial year 2025 to exceed the guidance published in March 2025.

Depending on the general conditions – in particular the further jackpot development – the Company now expects revenue for the fiscal year 2025 of between EUR 205 million and EUR 215 million (previously: EUR 195 million to EUR 205 million). EBITDA is expected to be in the range of EUR 63 million to EUR 68 million (previously: EUR 55 million to EUR 60 million).

The quarterly statement as of 30 September 2025 will be published on 5 November 2025.

EBITDA refers to the earnings before depreciation, amortisation, financial result, share of result from associates, and taxes and represents ZEAL’s earnings from operating activities.
