ZEAL raises 2024 guidance again due to exceptional jackpot development

(Hamburg, 18 December 2024) According to preliminary calculations, ZEAL Network SE has reached the annual revenue and EBITDA guidance, which was last raised in October 2024, already in November and is therefore again raising its guidance for the fiscal year 2024.

ZEAL now expects revenue between EUR 175 million and EUR 185 million (previously: EUR 158 million to EUR 168 million) and EBITDA in the range of EUR 55 million to EUR 59 million (previously: EUR 42 million to EUR 46 million) for the fiscal year 2024.

The increase in the forecast (revenue + EUR 17 million and EBITDA + EUR 13 million) is due to an exceptionally high number of maximum jackpots in November and December (7 times EUR 120 million in a row at Eurojackpot). Overall, a maximum jackpot was reached 13 times in 2024 (2023: 5 times).

The 2024 Annual Report, including the outlook for the fiscal year 2025, will be published on 26 March 2025.

EBITDA refers to the consolidated net profit before financial result, taxes, depreciation and amortisation and represents ZEAL’s results from operating activities.
