Tipp24 SE: Winnings payout of EUR 15.7 million – forecast adjusted

In a secondary lottery held by MyLotto24 Ltd, a fully consolidated minority
shareholding of Tipp24 SE, a player has won a jackpot of around EUR 15.7
million.

The winnings payout will reduce consolidated revenue in the current fiscal
year 2013 by the same amount. Earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT)
will be burdened by around EUR 13.3 million.

Against the backdrop of winnings payments made by MyLotto24 Limited well
above the statistical average, the Executive Board has adjusted its
forecast for the current fiscal year 2013. Assuming a normal course of
business in the remaining fiscal year (i.e. absence of very large jackpots;
winnings payments around the statistical average) Tipp24 lowers its current
EBIT forecast of EUR 20 to 30 million to around EUR 17 million. The
previous revenue forecast of EUR 130 to 140 million is being adjusted to
around EUR 124 million based on the same assumption.
