MyLotto24 Ltd, a fully consolidated minority holding of Tipp24 AG, has
declared that a player won the jackpot prize of EUR 31.7 million on 23
September 2009 by taking part in MyLotto24's offering to place bets on the
outcome of the German Lotto.

Due to MyLotto24's risk hedging, this significant prize payout will only
partly impact on the consolidated profits of Tipp24. As a consequence,
Tipp24 AG adjusts its EBIT (operating profit before interest and tax)
estimate for the current year 2009 by EUR 10 million to at least EUR 30
million. The consolidated revenues estimate of at least EUR 85 million
remains unchanged.
