We would like to inform you that the following members of the Management Board of Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. bought ordinary shares of the Company with the ZVTG ticker symbol and ISIN code SI0021111651, the issuer’s LEI code is 549300KGI78MKHO38N42:

• Andrej Slapar, President of the Management Board of Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d., on 17 September 2025 bought 220 ZVTG shares at the price of EUR 58.20 in the total value of EUR 12,804.00. After said transaction, he holds 2,020 shares with the ZVTG ticker symbol.
