Change in the Management Board

In accordance with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the applicable legislation, ZAVAROVALNICA TRIGLAV d.d., Ljubljana hereby publishes the following notice:

Upon the proposal of the Works Council, the Supervisory Board of Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. appointed Ivica Vulić as Management Board member - Employee Representative of Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. He obtained the relevant authorisation from the Slovenian Insurance Supervision Agency and, as of 8 January 2026, assumed the position of Management Board member – Employee representative for a five-year term of office.

Ivica Vulić is a long-standing member of the Triglav Group and has extensive professional knowledge and experience in insurance and financial markets. He has built his career in various Triglav Group companies, including in Croatia. Since 2020, he has served as Executive Director of the Insurance Sales Division at the Group's parent company. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business in Maribor in 2006 and completed a specialist programme in management at the Faculty of Management in Koper in 2008.

This information will be published on the website of Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. at www.triglav.eu as of 8 January 2026 and will remain available on the Company's public website for a period of at least five years.
