Aleš Košiček, a Supervisory Board member and employee representative at Zavarovalnica Triglav, has informed the Company of his resignation from the Supervisory Board and its committees, effective 25 March 2025, following his consent to the candidacy for the position of Worker Director of Zavarovalnica Triglav.
