Zanaga Iron Ore Company Limited ("ZIOC" or the "Company") notes today's movement in its share price and advises that it knows of no specific reason for the significant movement. Further, the Company confirms that there has been no material change in its financial position since the announcement of its Half Year Results on 29 September 2016.

The Company intends to release its Full Year Results for the year ended 31 December 2016 on 29 June 2017, subject to Board approval.
