Zambeef, the fully integrated agri-business with operations in Zambia, Nigeria and Ghana, was today informed that, following a purchase of ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by Templeton Asset Management Ltd ("Templeton") on 4 December 2013, Templeton is now interested in 12,670,261 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.11 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
