Notice of AGM

Zambeef (AIM: ZAM), the fully integrated agri-business with operations in Zambia, Nigeria and Ghana, announces that the Annual Report & Accounts (the "Annual Report") for the year ended September 30, 2013 has today been posted to shareholders together with notice of the Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") and a memorandum detailing an alteration to the Company's share capital following a rebasing of the Zambian currency earlier in the year, in order to provide shareholders with further information.

The AGM will be held at the Taj Pamodzi Hotel, Addis Ababa Drive, Lusaka, Zambia on Friday 20 December at 09.00 hours CAT (07.00 GMT).
