Share buy-back by Zalaris ASA
On 7 August 2019, Zalaris ASA purchased 1327 own shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 22.3954. Following the purchase Zalaris ASA holds 407,876 own shares, representing ~2,03% of the total outstanding shares.
The shares were purchased in accordance with the share buy-back programme announced 21 May 2019, available at www.newsweb.no.
