Share buy-back by Zalaris ASA
On 23 September 2019, Zalaris ASA purchased 2139 own shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 20.3000. Following the purchase Zalaris ASA holds 473,936 own shares, representing ~2,36% of the total outstanding shares.
The shares were purchased in accordance with the share buy-back programme announced 21 May 2019, available at www.newsweb.no.
