Reference is made to the announcement by Zalaris ASA ("Zalaris" or the "Company"), on 10 June 2021, regarding the completion of a private placement of 2,322,300 shares in the Company, of which 2,012,300 shares were new shares to be issued by the Company.

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the new shares under the private placement has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new registered share capital is NOK 2,213,527.90 divided on 22,135,279 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10 per share.
